I was wondering if there are any sites where you can watch the series yes pretty cure 5 from episode 25-49 (last ep) subbed or the second series to it yes pretty cure gogo ep 1 and onward all english subbed.
Or is it no available?

The subber that was doing PreCure 5 stopped at 20. Then another group picked up a few more episodes, and then THEY stopped. I have been looking, but no other group stepped up to finish PreCure 5. And I haven't seen any subbed episodes of GoGo at all.
As consolation, it looks like someone's subbing Fresh PreCure. But I wish someone would finish up 5 and GoGo.
So the answer to your question is: no English subs past PreCure 5 #24, I'm afraid.
