You could wear a pair of contrasting mid thigh high socks witha s slightly shorter skirt and a plain white t-shirt tucked into the skirt.

depending on the style and how tall they are, i guess, i think they look good with skinny jeans(if they are just below your knees)..just be careful you dont end up looking to trashy.. :)
