Costume With Yellow Tutu and White Gogo Boots?

I'm trying to make a costume for a halloween party. I really want to use my white gogo boots and my yellow tutu. I was thinking of doing a candy corn costume, but don't know how. Or any other kind of costume would be great! I just want it to look cool and not have to be bought at a store. Costume With Yellow Tutu and White Gogo Boots?
That's a good idea. Maybe you can get an orange top and a white hat...then you will look like a candy corn. Also go to a Halloween store you might be able to find candy corn earrings, bracelets or a necklace.Costume With Yellow Tutu and White Gogo Boots?

wear an orange shirt the yellow tutu and the boots and maybe paint the top of the orange shirt white with fabric paint.
