Where can i get a pair of women's high leather boots?

i am trying to find some leather boots. i saw some white gogo boots i want on hottopic.com but they only come in size 7 and i am a size 11. there are also some black high leather boots i like to that come in my size but they are $50 where else can i get some that i don't have to buy online. i live in brooklyn park, MN. please helpWhere can i get a pair of women's high leather boots?

Well I not sure how much you want to spend, try JC Penney's a few weeks ago they had all of their boots on sell they had some really cute ones.
