I want to become a gogo dancer lol so when using dumbells how much is good? 20? 25? 30?How much weight would you recommend me lifting on p90x?
This question is so wide open - it's ridiculous.
P90X has 5 weight-training workouts. Often times the weight you use is going to be totally dependant on the exercise that you're doing... back exercises like lawn-mowers, and such you'll want 45,50,55+lbs becuase they are using big muscles. Bicep curls you'll probably want modest 30lb weights. And for some of the leg exercises just holding some light 5lb weights is sufficient. I mean - to answer that question with 1 specific answer is incredibly tough.
If I had to guess 3 good weights to have, I'd say a set of 15's, a set of 25's and a set of 35's for a beginner. Adjust accordingly

Well I think you should probably start with a weight you can handle, yet may not weigh like a feather to you. Then you can move up. Maybe started with 20 or so. Then once you build more muscle and get used to it, 25. And so on.
