well, I've never been to a place that had such dancers, but as a man my guess is that they have found that their clientele prefers this attire. By looking trashy, men can enjoy looking at the women and can also inwardly remind themselves that they would never become involved with them. It's a mental game being played. and the bars and lounges have figured it out... :) the goal of these places is not to create a romantic environment, but a sexy environment with no commitments.Why do GoGo dancers always dress so trashy? Can't they dress in pretty lingerie or something with more class?

they are supposed to dress that way!
Everyone has different taste and style. Someone may think your style is hideous. Go-go dancers are suppose to dress with sex appeal because it sells.
