How can I dress like a GoGo Girl for Halloween?

I have the sparkly dress and shrug, the white boot coverups, and my mom wants to get me pumps. Does anybody have any hair tips or ideas? And how to do them? Think GOGO GIRL!!How can I dress like a GoGo Girl for Halloween?
