How should i do my makeup for this costume?

Im 13 and im being this for halloween:

And I just ordered the costume and I went to party city and i got red fishnet stocking things and i got white gogo boots to wear. How should I do my makeup? I love makeup because i love to be creative! So what should i use?How should i do my makeup for this costume?

then Pink lipstick or gloss and..pink eye shadow!

always add eye liner,mascara and eye shadow!

Eye liner

white( makes eye look bugger) black only on the top and some cute light eye shadow

Mascara navy blue, black or clear
