Where can i find me some nice hooker boots?

my friends and i are dressing up as the fantana girls for halloween and need some hooker/platform/gogo boots but don't want to pay more than like 15-20 dollars for them...we are willing to spray paint any color of them if its possible!Where can i find me some nice hooker boots?
well maam...it seems as if you may need to up your budget...the cheapest ones i have found are for around $30...have you tried thrift shops yet? thats always a great place to look.

omg i just told a girl she and friends should be fanta girls for holoween. And they sell the gogo boots at almost all holoween stores
