if there are any halloween stores/holiday stores that sold/still might sell halloween costumes, try there! i see them all the time there in halloween stores and costume stores. (like they still have stores called 'the halloween super store' open around where i live) f your seriously in need of a quality not some cheap costume-type shoes then i would try google search or ebay?
