Cool heroes and villains dress up party ideas?

for new years i'm going to a heroes and villains dress up party and i don't know what to go as. (i'm a girl) and i want to dress up as something cool and unique, not something generic like poison ivy or wonder woman or bat girl or something. could you suggest something cool? i was thinking either enid coleslaw or gogo from kill bill, but i'd love some more ideas.Cool heroes and villains dress up party ideas?
