My friends and I are doing a villain themed Halloween party, so I need an idea for a sexy female villain. Elle Driver and Gogo are taken, but I'd like a costume that includes a skirt (sexy is what we're going for) and absolutely no body-suits (I don't feel like I could pull it off). The Ice Queen from 'The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe'. Dress in something white and frosty, look evil, and try to tempt teenage boys with a box of Turkish Delight.
